All vessels are required to have lights; see below for specifics. At a minimum every boat
is required to have a bright flashlight (i.e. boats less than 7 meters)
Sign-In and Sign-Out is required at the whiteboard in the covered picnic
area above the north dock.
Cell phones and handheld radios are highly recommended, contact info should
be left on whiteboard
Chase boats(power) are welcome

| 7.5.4 Sailing Vessels Underway By Sail Power Only Shall Exhibit: a) Sidelights b) Sternlight c) In addition to the lights prescribed above, a sailing vessel underway may exhibit at or near the top of the mast, where best seen, two all-round lights in a vertical line, the upper being red and the lower green. d) In a sailing vessel of less than 20 meters in length, the lights prescribed in part (a) of this section may be combined in one lantern carried at or near the top of the mast where best seen. The combined lantern may not, however, be exhibited in conjunction with those lights described in part (b) of this section. e) In a sailing vessel of less than 7 meters in length or a vessel under oars or paddle, the lights prescribed in parts (a, b and c) of this section may be exhibited, but if she does not, she shall have ready at hand an electric torch or lighted lantern showing a white light which shall be exhibited in sufficient time to prevent collision. |
