They purchased an additional 2 acres to the north in 1896. They built tennis courts, a bowling green and a golf link on the property.
This golf link was moved to the foot of the lake and with the move the name was changed from the Aubun Golf club to the Owasco Country Club.
The Dolphin Point Assocaition also maintained a steam yacht, the Dolphin, which was used by members as transportation to and from the rail depot at Ensenore. In its regularly scheduled travels between location on the lake the Dolphin was used by other who lived on or visited this section of the lake.
