     Owned by George Burnett in 1799.
     Purchased by Arthur and Flora Boyd in 1887.
     The Boyds built the lakeside summer home, The Anchorage in 1904.

Original Home and Clubhouse Until 1965      Acquired by Miss E. Claire Warne in 1936. She married W.H. Seward III who died two years later.
     1946 the Owasco Yacht Club Purchased the property for $15,000.
     Purchased and additional 250' of lake frontage from Dr. Wilson.
     1965 Constructed the "new" clubhouse.
